Mr. Vaz

To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) how much was incurred in costs by the English liquidators' staff, and what the legal fees were for the trial of the stigma issue involving the former employees of BCCI; [31051]

(2) how much was made in loan recoveries by the English liquidators from the former employees during 2000 and 2001; and what the costs incurred by the liquidators' staff and their solicitors in the same period were in relation to such loan recoveries and litigation of employees' claims. [31050]
