To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions how many notifications the Environment Agency has received from(a) Buckinghamshire county council and (b) Aylesbury Vale district council under the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995. In the period from 1 January to 31 December 2001 the Environment Agency has been consulted under the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 21 times by Buckinghamshire county council, and 87 times by Aylesbury Vale district council.
