§ Mr. JamiesonThe Strategic Rail Authority's (SRA's) strategic plan sets out its short, medium and long-term priorities, including those for completion by 2010. Improved rail links to Glasgow and Edinburgh airports have been identified as schemes for further development. Detailed economic and engineering studies of options are being led by the Scottish Executive in partnership with Scottish Enterprise, BAA and the SRA.
