§ Mr. HuttonThe planning Green Paper—Planning: Delivering a Fundamental Change—has only recently been issued by the Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, and the Department of Health will make representations by the due date of 18 March.
It is expected that strategic health authorities and primary care trusts will be included as statutory bodies at the appropriate level of the planning regime.
