To ask the President of the Council what discussions have taken place with the Tax Office over the last five years over the tax status of hon. Members. [29301]

Over the last five years the Department of Finance and Administration have met the Inland Revenue on a number of occasions to discuss a wide range of issues relating to the tax status of hon. Members, and will continue to do so.
