§ Dr. HowellsThe Department has only let one contract with external public relations consultants during the period in question. In order to preserve commercial confidentiality I am unable to provide details of the cost. Information relating to the bodies for which my Department is responsible is not held centrally and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
