§ Ms KeebleThe Department would advise tenants or the local authority to raise their concerns with the Housing Corporation as the regulator of registered social landlords. Should all parties be unable to resolve the matter and a legally binding contract is not being honoured then it is open for any party to the agreement to seek recourse in the courts.
