To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department how many complaints have been lodged in the last five years with the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration in respect of the Public Guardianship Office. [27109]

Forty-six complaints have been lodged with the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration in respect of the Public Guardianship Office since 1 January 1996. Of these nine have been, or are currently being, investigated.
