To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what the reduction in income tax liability has been as a result of the introduction of independent taxation over the last 12 years for(a) higher rate taxpayers, (b) basic rate taxpayers and (c) the bottom 10 per cent. of earners. [26267]
