To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions if he has responsibility for the former Department of the Environment building at 3 Marsham street. [23369]

I presume that the hon. Member means 43 Marsham street, in which case the answer is yes.

My Department holds a lease of the whole of Romney house which expires on 24 December 2003.
