On page 14 of theMaking a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland consultation document published on 4 September 2001, there are five quotations. The first one is taken from the letter dated 18 May 2001 from the Prime Minister's Office to the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission. The second is attributed to the Irish Government. The other three quotations are taken from the Belfast Agreement.
