§ Mr. BoatengDuty rates are reviewed annually as part of the Budget process. We have already announced that, subject to European agreement, we will introduce a lower rate of excise duty on biodiesel later this year, to be set at 20p per litre below the rate for ultra-low sulphur diesel.
