§ Mr. BoatengCustoms records of money received for vehicle restoration do not distinguish between types of vehicles or those paying restoration charges. The Customs and Excise annual reports for 1998–99 and 1999–2000 give details of the total restoration sums paid in those years in respect of all seized vehicles.
