To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions how many representations the Government have received on its consultation document on pedestrian safety; and if he will make a statement. [24278]

There were a total of 42 formal responses to our consultation exercise on pedestrian protection. A list of those who responded, together with a summary of the responses, has been placed in the Library.
