§ Mr. HoonThe current amount of outstanding offset (referred to in the UK as Industrial Participation) for the USA, Germany and France is, respectively: £2 billion, £137 million, and £314 million. German and French industries have had Industrial Participation obligations to UK Ministry of Defence only since 1996. Information relating to previous years could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
