§ Mr. JamiesonWe have not yet undertaken any formal analysis of the raising of the threshold for the reduced rate of vehicle excise duty to cars with engines up to 1200cc. We intend to assess in due course the impact of the range of reforms to vehicle excise duty for cars introduced between 1999 and 2001.
