§ Mr. Blears[holding answer 12 February 2002,1: We are working to secure funding to maximise the new system of patient and public involvement, including the introduction of patient forums in every trust, as part of the Government spending review. Resourcing the new structures is a matter we are taking seriously and we expect to receive the outcome of this spending review in the summer 2002.
