§ Mr. TimmsAssessments of the way in which local education authorities perform their functions are made by Ofsted and the Audit Commission during inspections of those authorities. Harrow local education authority was inspected in September 2001 and the inspection report is available from Ofsted's website at: www.ofsted.gov.uk.
