To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what projects her Department has funded from 1997 to 2002 in the territory controlled by the Palestinian Authority; what the annual amount of funding was for each of these projects; how many of these projects included construction work; what the status of the building funded by her Department is; and if she will make a statement.
