§ Mr. CabornThe only overseas visit by a parliamentary private secretary at this Department's expense occurred on 20-21 January 2002 when my hon. Friend the Member for Harlow (Mr. Rammell) attended the MIDEM conference in France on my behalf as I was unable to attend at short notice. We have yet to be invoiced for these costs.
