§ The Lord ChancellorMy right honourable friend the Home Secretary, my noble and learned friend the Attorney-General and I published jointly a business plan for the criminal justice system for England and Wales on 14 February 2002. The plan describes the priorities for the coming year which the Government expect the criminal justice system as a whole to work to deliver. Copies of the plan have been placed in the Library of the House.
