§ Lord Falconer of ThorotonDecisions on whether to introduce a clearway at any bus stop are, and will remain, the responsibility of the relevant traffic authority in the light of local circumstances. We are considering, in the light of responses to our recent consultation on draft revised traffic signs regulations, whether it is necessary or appropriate to prohibit waiting and loading at any time at marked bus stops where there are no bus services operating overnight.
