To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what contact his Department has had in the last year with the Plain English Campaign, and if he will make a statement. [35849]

The Plain English Campaign have written to me in connection with my efforts to explain the Government's policy on Europe to the British public. I am aware of their excellent work.
