To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what the(a) payments made and (b) running costs have been of the (i) arable area payment scheme, (ii) suckler cow premium scheme, (iii) hill livestock compensatory allowance, (iv) hill farming allowance, (v) countryside stewardship scheme and (vi) environmentally sensitive areas schemes since 1996.
