To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department how many decisions by statute she has made since taking office. [32593]

In common with all Government Ministers, the Lord Chancellor and his ministerial colleagues in the Lord Chancellor's Department make a large number of decisions under statutory authority in the normal course of their duties. To identify every such decision would be possible only at disproportionate cost.
