§ Mr. Spellar[holding answer 31 January 2002]: Delay minutes are an operational matter for Railtrack. The Strategic Rail Authority publishes information on train punctuality and reliability quarterly in "On Track". The issues published on 14 March 2002 will report performance to the end of December 2001. Data on train operating companies' performance is published on a six monthly basis in "National Rail Trends".
