To ask the Deputy Prime Minister what recent discussions he has had with his counterparts at the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions on the co-ordination of rural policy. [34011]

None. However the Rural Regeneration Committee, DA(RR), chaired by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, reports, as necessary, to the Domestic Affairs Committee which I chair.
