§ Ms Rosie WintertonAll junior staff in the Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman have qualifications commensurate with their responsibilities and in line with the personnel policies of the Lord Chancellor's Department. However, the Department may assist with a proportion of the costs for staff who wish to obtain further qualifications through further education.
