To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if she will make a statement on the Government's response to the Leggatt report on tribunal justice. [31442]

§ Ms Rosie Winterton
The Government are currently considering their response to the Leggatt review and will make a statement at an appropriate time later in the year.
The Government's response will take into account the public consultation exercise completed in December 2001, which generated over 350 responses.
