§ Ms KeebleWe have a major research project under way looking at the implementation of the policies set out in planning policy guidance note 3 "housing" (PPG3). The research will report the progress made by local authorities in carrying out the urban housing capacity studies expected by PPG3 and the extent to which these reflect the guidance set out in "Tapping the Potential".
