Mr. Yeo

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport (1) if she will list the television programmes which(a) she and (b) other Ministers in her Department have viewed in an official capacity since 8 June 2001, stating for each occasion the date on which the viewing took place; [33224]

(2) if she will list the television programmes which (a) she and (b) other Ministers in her Department have viewed in an official capacity since 8 June 2001, stating for each occasion the (i) date on and (ii) venue at which the viewing took place; [33321]

(3) if she will list the radio programmes which (a) she and (b) other Ministers in her Department have listened to in an official capacity since 8 June 2001, stating for each occasion the (i) date on and (ii) venue at which the listening took place. [33320]

Dr. Howells

[holding answer 4 February 2002]: Ministers both view television programmes and listen to radio programmes as part of their official duties. They also do so in a personal capacity. However, there is no distinct boundary between the two and we do not maintain a central record.
