Whether they will provide a breakdown of the total costs of the foot and mouth outbreak to date. [HL2227]

The Chancellor's Pre-Budget Report shows that the Government are spending an additional £2.7 billion to tackle foot and mouth disease and its implications for the rural economy. This figure has now been updated. The full breakdown is as follows:
