§ The Prime MinisterA decision to switch off analogue terrestrial television transmissions will be taken collectively by the Government. A number of Government Departments have an interest in managing the terrestrial broadcasting spectrum, in particular the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and the Department of Trade and Industry.
