To ask the Secretary of State for International Development which member states of the African Union have adopted the Declaration on Democracy, Political, Economic and Corporate Governance. [87215]

The Declaration on Democracy, Political, Economic and Corporate Governance was jointly made by all member states of the African Union at the inaugural Durban meeting of the African Union in June 2002. It affirms commitment to the governance codes and standards which will be used as the basis for peer reviews.
