What is the timetable for the publication of the Commission for Racial Equality's formal investigation of the Prison Service. [HL638]

The draft report on the formal investigation into HM Prison Service was served on the respondent under the provisons of Section 58 of the Race Relations Act 1976 on Monday 9 December. The Commission for Racial Equality will publish the final report early in the New Year.
