§ Mr. PearsonAll targets set in the context of the 1998 CSR relate to responsibilities devolved to the Northern Ireland Executive in December 1999. The CSR targets were superseded from 2001–02 onwards by the 729W Executive's Programme for Government which sets priorities, objectives and targets for the Northern Ireland departments.
