§ Mr. Ivan LewisThe judgment by Mr. Justice Keith has shown clearly that the definition of "Contractors' Plant" as defined in the Industrial Training (Construction Board) Order of 1964 is clear and unambiguous and that the Construction Industry Training Board had acted in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
