The code of practice entitledImmigration and Asylum Act 1999: Level of Penalty Ode of Practice was laid in draft before Parliament on 14 November 2002. It was brought into force by the Carriers' Liability (Clandestine Entrants) (Level of Penalty: Code of Practice) Order 2002, Statutory Instrument No. 2816.
