To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to the answer of 26 November 2002,Official Report, column 243W, how many prosecutions and convictions there have been under the (a) Wild Mammals Protection Act 1996, (b) Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and (c) Protection of Badgers Act 1992 in each year, broken down by region. [84820]
