§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Sainsbury of Turville)All intermediate level radioactive waste (ILW) is currently stored in line with government policy. This is under review, and the present arrangements for managing ILW arising from the decommissioning of Hinkley Point A will be revised should the resulting policy require it.
