§ Mr. MorleyThere have been many discussions with the insurance industry, involving myself, my officials and officials from Treasury, culminating in the Association of British Insurers' announcement in September that they would continue provision of flood insurance for the vast majority of homes situated on the floodplain. Discussions continue as we have agreed to review the situation on a regular basis.
