To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions (1) what the basis is for his conclusion on the savings from advancing the end of railway administration in terms of the(a) months advanced, (b) cost per month of administration and (c) cost of savings forgone through administration; [47119]

(2) what savings on the railways he estimates are not achievable as a result of railway administration. [47120]
