- United Kingdom Passport Service: £1.7 million.

- Community Development Foundation: £0.003 million.
- Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority: £0.12 million.
- Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel: £0.036 million.
- Office of the Immigration Service Commissioner: £0.035 million.
