§ Ruth KellyThe FSA does not, as a matter of course, monitor the numbers of providers of financial services and investment business advice in(a) cities, (b) small towns and (c) rural areas. The FSA conducts appropriate 129W risk-based monitoring of all financial services firms authorised by it under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, regardless of where these firms are located.
