Whether they will list the number, type and result of prosecutions in the last five years for failure to ensure the safety of a railway. [HL3737]

A summary of prosecutions by the Health and Safety Executive for the five years 1996–97 to 2000–01 for breaches of health and safety legislation is provided in the table below.
