To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to his answer of 26 February 2002,Official Report, column 1082W, regarding the square footage of the property that has been empty since July 2000, if the Glenthorne Youth Treatment Centre in Birmingham is occupied and functioning. [50332]

§ Jacqui Smith
The Glenthorne Youth Treatment Centre closed in July 2000, and has been unoccupied since its pending proposed re-use by an NHS trust.
