To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions whether the Maritime and Coastguard Agency has sole responsibility for drafting and presentation of certificates of registry; and which office within the Maritime and Coastguard Agency has authority to draft certificates of registry. Mr. Jamieson

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency's Registry of Shipping and Seamen at Cardiff is responsible for issuing all certificates of registry for UK vessels.
