§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Lord Whitty)Her Majesty's Government have received 280 responses so far to the consultationManaging Radioactive Waste safely, which ended on 12 March. Responses are still being received, and I shall write to the noble Lord with further details as soon as I am able.
We shall announce our plans once we have considered people's views and agreed the next steps with our colleagues in the devolved administrations.
