Whether any progress has been made on proposals to convene a major international conference to examine the causes of terrorism; and what action they have taken in this regard. [HL3443]

The next meeting of the United Nations General Assembly Working Group which discusses this issue will take place in October. The UK is actively involved in discussions in this forum.
