To ask the Secretary of State for Health what discussions have taken place with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs concerning the use of rural leisure accommodation for residential care for the elderly. [47028]

No discussions have taken place on this subject with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. There are no proposals that rural leisure accommodation should be used to provide residential care for the elderly.
